As you know, we had initially gone elsewhere for our web design but when we were getting nowhere we switched to you. What a difference! You not only took our ideas on board & made them work, but also added some great fresh colours & brilliant design ideas that really made the site look professional and eye catching. Everyone loves the yellow banner and we are now using this on all our posters and stationery.

I must also thank you for your tremendous patience. Our technical knowledge of websites is, as you know, somewhat limited and we are also aware you had to deal with some red tape enforced by head office rules. At all times, you remained polite in your customer service to us and incredibly responsive to our needs.

Finally, a key aspect of the site was to make it easy for us to update regularly. By putting this in the format of a Word document (at least to our eyes) we were able to make updates ourselves easily and confidentialy.
